Lazer cut, paper eyelashes

So I was sitting next to my boyfriend while he was scrolling threw his favorite website when this picture caught my eye.
They are eyelashes that are cut using a lazier, and made out of paper. (I know I know common since if you read the title) They have four different types to choose from: Peach blossom (shown in the picture), peacock, peonies, and under the sea. My main question knowing that they were made out of paper was can they be reused, and the website says they can IF used with caution. That pretty much tells me that for a once time use you are paying 11.99 pounds, (I can not find them in the U.S. if you can please let me know!), to me this seems like kind of a lot, however for a special event like Halloween I might splurge a little a try them out! They are differently an eye catcher and I hope I can get my hands on them soon! If I find a site that sells them in the U.S I will keep everyone updated!
XOXO

The site I found them on:

Where they can be purchased, as linked on the site above:

New hair :)

Guess who went blonde? Me! Something that I have wanted to do for a very long time, but have just never had the confidence to do it. Of course I have had blonde highlights, but this time I wanted a bigger change. I went from very dark brown hair to a bright blonde. The picture that I showed my hair lady (yes that is what I call her and she thinks its funny), was a picture of Scarlett Johansson blonde hair color. Taking into account how dark my hair was, she got it pretty darn close to the right shade of blonde I was looking for. I am so pleased with it and although it is a change to get used to, it is a much needed change. Now to get my hair to stay healthy, that will be the hard part. What do you guys think of the color? Should I lighter or darker?

elf glitter gloss review

So today I took a little trip to target and was presently surprised when I found that a lot of their cosmetics were on sale! Of course being a compulsive shopaholic I had to indulge in a little bargain shopping on one of my favorite items, makeup! Although I did get a couple different things one of the items I was most surprised by  would have to be the elf glitter gloss. They usually run for $3.00 but I was lucky enough to get them at the sale price of $2.10. I only picked up two because they were the only two colors that were on sale, here is a quick swatch.

They are in the colors glam guava on the left, and crystal cranberry on the right. Although the glitter does not show on camera well, it does have rather large bits of it in them. Surprisingly however the glitter being large does not run them for me. Typically when lip gloss has large chunks of glitter, it usually turns me off to them because I do not like to feel the glitter when I rub my lips together, but with the elf glitter glosses the glitter is large enough that it gives it a very lovely shine, but small enough that you do not feel the flakes. They are also very vibrant glosses, which for me I love, and the slide on like a charm and stick on threw most of the day. You may have to reapply two or three times but that's it! However they do have a bit of a downside. The smell they give off is not very nice at all. They kind of smell like a childhood favorite, play doh! Which as a kid was amazing, but now that I'm a bit older the smell of play doh on my lips all day is not the coolest thing in the world; It makes it feel cheap to me, which of course even without my super savings of .80 cents the $3.00 price tag is still a steal, so the cheap smell is not a surprise. They can also be a tad sticky, but that part does not bother me as much as the smell. Overall the elf Glitter Gloss is differently a product that I will repurchase in some new shades. If you have tried it, what is your favorite shade in the elf Glitter Gloss? (please excuse my face in these pictures, I am not wearing a drop of makeup except for the lip glosses. Sorry if I scared anyone :) )
Glam guava a lighter pink color, but in some lights it tends to show up more on the peachy side. They color goes on much more translucent than it appears in the tube, but still has a very pretty pink shimmer.
Crystal cranberry is the opposite of glam guava. It goes on very pigmented and the color shows up amazing. I would say that the color it is in the tube is just a little bit more pinky than the color that shows up on your lips, but it is still a very pretty red shade that is easy to wear daily without being too overwhelming. Wish I would have had this color around Christmas time, it would have been perfect.

Meet my new baby!!

He's here! For a long time now I have wanted a kitten! Nothing is more relaxing than coming home from a long day of classes at college to a animal that will unconditional love you no matter what. So for valentines day my wish finally came true! He is an adopted, long haired mix. His mom was fond on the side of a road, and when they brought her into the shelter they discovered that she was pregnant. Hes only eight weeks old and he has the most amazing personality! He loves to play, cuddle and sleep. He also eats so much for such a little kitten! I'm still shocked at the amount of food he can put away! I was surprised at how quickly he adjusted to his new house. He is very social always crying for attention, as if he does not get enough loving and cuddles, and he is differently not afraid to wake me up in the middle of the night pawing at my face for play time, which although was alarming seeing as how I am a very heavy sleeper, it was truly adorable . After long deliberation I have come to the conclusion for a name. His name is Mittens, and it was not a easy decision; I actually wrote all the names down on paper that I liked then pulled one at random. So that's the quick introduction about my new baby Mittens. He is the perfect new member of my family and I am positive that he will make more appearance on here!

For anyone wondering: My shirt is from free people and necklace is from forever21.

Valentines day! Outfit of the day

tights are nude and although it did not show up very well on the camera :( they do have a diamond shaped pattern on them, really pretty and adds texture to the outfit.  They are from payless which I believe I paid $7.50 for them! A steal seeing as how I have bad luck with tights and usually end up having lots of snags in them within the first week i get them, so far these tights have lasted me since December!
The dress is from ebay and was only $8.00, however sadly I forgot the seller, the dress does photograph shorter than I had expected but in person it is differently not as short! :D

necklace was a gift for my birthday but you can find many similar necklaces at almost any store. It is just a heart shaped necklace with crystals lining one side and just sliver on the other.
The earrings were a gift from my aunt for the 18th birthday and they are by Tiffany and co. (the only Tiffany I own, these earrings are my babies)

Shoes are by Coach however I purchased them from an outlet store for only $50.00! and they are by far the most comfortable heels I own! :)
Bow belt if from forever21 and was only $3.50!
The eyes do have pink in them but the pink did not catch very well on camera, the gray and white overpowered it, but if you do try to recreate this look pink it the main color on the eyes.
